Who we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship experience
- Strong diagnostic skills
- WoF ticket a bonus, but not a dealbreaker
- Keeps the hours sold high
- Leads with attitude, not ego, and backs the team and the job
- Takes pride in getting it right the first time
What you'll be doing
- Service, diagnose and repair a wide range of makes and models
- Take the lead on complex jobs and tricky diagnostics
- Support junior techs with guidance and hands-on help
- Work closely with the foreman and service advisers to keep workflow smooth
- Maintain clean, efficient bays and follow workshop systems
